You’re looking for that special piece of furniture to fit your space and now you’ve found us!

By requesting a quote query through our website, and with all your ideas and hopes we can start to compile a plan to help you get that bespoke piece of furniture that is perfect for your home, office or wherever!

Firstly we start by taking your information and looking at previous work we have undertaken, from that we can then give you an initial estimate of cost. We do this for a number of reasons:

Everything we tend to make is a “one off” piece, therefore it is difficult to accurately gauge the right price without going through the design phase first. To make it to the design phase we need to know that you are comfortable with what your piece may potentially cost. We will then send you an estimate based on the information you have provided. If you are happy and wish to proceed, we move through to the design phase and then onto your final quote.

Once the quote is accepted and invoice is paid its game on!

The Design Phase

Firstly we put together a 3D CAD drawing of your piece for you to view. This allows us to make sure we are on the same page and that you are getting exactly what you want. We can chop and change things within this drawing process to ensure that the final design is accurate.

From here we can put together a full and final quote for approval. Once that quote accepted an invoice is sent and the materials are ordered and then we get the ball rolling on your project.

The Making & Installation

Now that we have gone through the final stages of the design phase and you are 100% happy with how your piece will look, the fun begins.

Build time varies from job to job depending on the amount of work involved.

If it is a piece that needs to be installed we will set up a time that is suitable. For bigger items such as built in wardrobes or wall units, installation generally takes about 2 days. If it is a free standing piece ie: a table or credenza this will either be delivered by me personally, or if it is out of Wellington it will be delivered by a freight or moving company.

And there it is, from start to finish. Custom making is all about you and your needs - It is a process but it is a process that I take a lot of pride in.
